How to Export Grain via GTK

Step-by-step guide for farmers and traders

Sign Agreement

We sign a transshipment contract. Discuss volume, terms, tariffs. Required: company registration documents, bank details.

Deliver Grain to Terminal

Grain is delivered by truck. We can arrange delivery with our fleet (10 VOLVO trucks, 40-55 cu.m). GPS tracking.

Receiving & Quality Control

Weighing on certified scales. Lab analysis: moisture, foreign matter, protein, gluten. Results within 2 hours.

Storage (if needed)

Covered warehouses up to 9,000 tons. Temperature and humidity control. Fumigation if needed.

Documentation

We process: phytosanitary certificate, certificate of origin, export declaration, CMR, bill of lading, EUR.1.

Vessel Loading

Capacity 1,500-2,500 tons/day. Portal crane FUCHS MHL 360 + conveyor lines. Vessels up to 5,175 DWT.

Departure & Bill of Lading

Vessel agency, arrival/departure processing. Bill of lading issued — vessel proceeds through Sulina Canal to Black Sea.
