Grain Export to the EU
Danube route with EUR.1 certification
EU Market for Ukrainian Grain
The European Union is a strategic market for Ukrainian agricultural exporters. Ukrainian grain is used in the food, feed and processing industries across EU countries.
Kiliya port is located on the Danube, providing a direct waterway to Romania, Bulgaria and other Danube EU countries. This is one of the most efficient export routes to Europe. GTK prepares the full document package, including EUR.1.
EUR.1 Certificate
EUR.1 is a certificate of origin that grants preferential (reduced) customs tariff when importing into EU countries. Without it, the importer pays full duty.
GTK issues EUR.1 directly at the terminal. This saves time and guarantees correct processing in accordance with EU customs requirements.
EUR.1 Benefits
Reduction or elimination of import duty for the EU buyer
Increased competitiveness of your grain on the European market
Issued directly at GTK terminal — no intermediaries
